3 Recently, the 2026 Shenzhen International High-Performance Medical Device Exhibition and Innovative Drug Exhibition (Hong Kong Edition) and the 5th Hong Kong International Biotechnology Forum and Exhibition (BIOHK2026) opened jointly at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. The events were co-organized by the Shenzhen Biomedical Industry Alliance, the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Committee of the Shenzhen Federation of Industry and Commerce, and the Hong Kong Biotechnology Innovation Association, among others, and pioneered a new exhibition model of "one exhibition, two cities; two exhibitions, one integrated platform."
More than 20 Shenzhen pharmaceutical and medical device companies, together with organizations from the investment community and the healthcare sector, attended as a delegation. As a representative of Shenzhen's biopharmaceutical industry, Kexing Biopharm (688136.SH) joined the delegation to Hong Kong and presented a number of its core products and R&D pipeline assets.
At this Hong Kong edition of the Shenzhen High-Performance International Medical Device and Innovative Drug Exhibition, Kexing Biopharm appeared alongside a number of leading Shenzhen companies. The exhibits spanned multiple frontier fields, including "AI + pharmaceuticals" R&D.
Kexing Biopharm's exhibition area focused on its portfolio of overseas-bound oncology and autoimmune products with high clinical value. The area drew clinical experts and commercial partners from Hong Kong, China, and overseas, who held in-depth discussions with the Company's international marketing team on topics such as product registration pathways and regional market access.
Among the featured products was Tong An Tang® Kehuang Capsules, which has obtained regulatory approval in both Hong Kong and Macao, China, and was one of the Company's key products promoted at this exhibition. The approval of Kehuang Capsules in Hong Kong and Macao is also a strong demonstration of the Company's efforts to reach the world by leveraging the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area as an innovation hub.
That afternoon, at the forum on "Across the Pacific: China-US Biotechnology Competition and Cooperation", Dr. Shao Ke, Vice President of the Company, was invited to join a panel discussion as a guest speaker. The panel discussion topic was "Hong Kong's Role as the Biotech Bridge" and drawing on Kexing Biopharm's implementation of its "Innovation + Internationalization" strategy, he shared the Company's progress in new drug development, overseas registration, product in-licensing, biosimilars, and global collaboration. Together with fellow panelists, he also explored Hong Kong's distinctive advantages in regulatory alignment, capital connectivity, and technology exchange, as well as viable pathways for Chinese mainland biopharmaceutical companies to deepen global cooperation through Hong Kong.
In recent years, through its "global product selection + global coverage" model for international expansion, Kexing Biopharm has secured overseas commercialization rights for more than 30 high-quality drugs and submitted approximately 200 registration applications across nearly 70 countries and regions. As a core product in the Company's overseas strategy, Paclitaxel for Injection (Albumin-Bound) has already been launched in markets such as the European Union and the United Kingdom. Meanwhile, registration and market-access efforts for multiple other products, including infliximab and bevacizumab, are also advancing in a number of markets.
Looking ahead, Kexing Biopharm will make full use of the geographic advantages of the Greater Bay Area to further expand its global cooperation network, bringing high-quality pharmaceutical products and innovative achievements to a broader international market for the benefit of patients worldwide.
